Muyassar Kurdi at Poetry Project

Rena Anakwe and Muyassar Kurdi are two artists who work in and through sound. For them, sound is pharmakon: both poison and cure, weapon and balm. Each artist will present new interdisciplinary sonic works, with Kurdi being joined by noise musician Kwami Winfield and movement artist Dorchel Haqq.
